You are purchasing a 15 minute online video consultation (via Skype or Zoom) so that we can talk about your skin and your products. In this 15 minute consultation we can better advise you as to what ingredients will or won’t work on your skin, as well as how to strengthen it and make it a whole lot less sensitive.

After purchasing the Video Consultation 15, text us at +1 415.341.4027 your ideal  date and time for your 15 minute consultation appointment.  Enter your Order ID# from your order confirmation email into the text.

You will receive an text confirmation of your appointment. Our Skype account is 'SensitiveSkinClinic'. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE PACIFIC TIME ZONE.

We require 24hrs notice for changes to appointments or cancelations. A 'no-show' at your allotted appointment time or a cancellation less than 24hrs before your appointment will result in you forfeiting the 15 minute video consultation you purchased. You will then have to purchase another 15 minute video consultation prior to setting a new video consultation appointment.

Connection costs: If you use a free WiFi connection for the video conference consultation, it is a free call (other than the cost of the 15 minute video consultation that you have just purchased). If you connect using a Cellular Phone Carrier then your cost depends on the data plan you have with your cellular carrier.

Skype and Zoom video calls work with the majority of smart phones, tablets, and computers that have built-in front facing camera's.
